Event Policies and Guidelines
Hours of Operation
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., offices are open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm PST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all holidays observed by the U.S. government. Events are held at their specified days and times. A Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC Representative is not present at the event location until 60 minutes prior to check in time.
All monetary rates are in USD (US dollar) and we don't not accept other forms of currency.
Payments + Refunds
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC. only accepts payments via our secured payment gateway at checkout during the time of registration. Vendors must be registered through our vendor portal with all required information and be paid in full in order to attend. Due to the nature of this product we do not issue refunds for any reason. All ticket sales are final.
Discounts, Promos + Sales
Occasionally, Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC. will run a promotion or sale. Discount codes must be entered into our secured payment gateway at checkout during the time of registration. Vendors must be registered through our vendor portal with all required information and be paid in full in order to attend. Discounts or promotions are only good for future events and cannot be applied to events that you've already registered for. Promos and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
Vendors registered through our portal after January 1, 2022 are required to present their emailed ticket at check in. Tickets must be presented and scanned before your booth can be assigned. Tickets can be printed or presented on your mobile device. Tickets are non transferable between events or vendors and can only be used by the register vendor it was assigned to for the date it was assigned to.
Approval Process + Multiple Vendors
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., vets and approves all vendors who register to attend an event. While we rarely deny vendors, if your application is denied you will be emailed to the address provided on your application. All denied vendors will receive a full refund for their vendor fees with an explanation of their denial. In the event that we have too many vendors with similar products you will be notified via email and give you the option of selecting a different date or location. We make every effort to not place similar vendors near each other and harbor an atmosphere of collaboration over competition.
Space is assigned first come first serve and based on the needs of the event, you may not trade, move or use space(s) not assigned to you. Only premium membership holders can request specific spaces.
Splitting of Space
Vendors may not split space without expressed permission from Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC. In the event you would like to split your space with another vendor please email us at email@example.com. Once approved you will be sent an additional application for the additional vendor and an invoice for a $10 processing fee. All vendors must be paid, processed and approved 24 hours prior to your event.
You are required to bring your own applicable equipment, this may include your own EZUP, Table and Chairs. Vendors who do not provide proper equipment for their event will not be allowed to set up.
If you'd like to cancel your space, as a curtesy we kindly ask that you alert us at least 24 hours prior to the event. If you wish to cancel your space or no-show you forfeit your vendor fees. If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, by the venue, or due to a circumstance beyond our control such as COVID-19 you will be issued a credit for your space to be used at a future event. Vendors that repeatedly cancel or no-show will be barred from registering for future events.
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., requires all vendors to promote the events. You will be emailed the marketing material for your event to the email provided on your application. Vendors who do not promote the event may be barred from registering for future events.
Guarantee of Sales
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., can not guarantee sales or the amount of foot traffic. We make every effort to promote our events and work in coordination with our venues to ensure its success.
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., does record, videotape and photograph our events. By attending Local Growth Night you are waiving your right to approve these works and any royalties related to the use of them and shall not hold Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., liable for any posting or publication outside our control.
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., makes every effort to ensure our events are safe. You are required to comply with all Covid-19 regulations put in place by the county or venue. You may be required to show proof of vaccination, wear a face covering and social distance when possible. Vendors who do not comply with Covid-19 regulations may be asked to leave. By attending our events you acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to the novel Coronavirus. By attending Local Growth Night you waive and discharge any and all liability, claims and demands which may arise from participating in our events.
Local Growth Night is independently owned and operated by Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC.
Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., will never disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information that we have obtained, except as authorized by law. All written and oral information and material disclosed to Tiny Forest Branding Co., LLC., will remain confidential.
We collect information from you only when you enter information on our site or when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, when applicable you may be asked to enter your name, email address, payment/credit card information or other details to help maximize your experience on our website.
Use of Information
We use the information collected from you when you register, make a purchase, opt-in for our newsletter, respond to marketing communications or use certain features on our site. Personal information is stored on a secure network and is only accessible to a limited number of individuals who have special access to these systems. These individuals are required to keep your information secure and confidential. All credit card information supplied to us by you is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. In addition, we implement a variety of security measures to insure that when you place an order all personal information is secure. Moreover, all transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your PII to outside parties unless we provide you with advanced notice. This does not extend to web hosting partners &/or other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or servicing our customers, as long as those parties agree to keep your PII safe and confidential. We may however release your information when we believe appropriate in accordance with the law, to enforce our sites policies, protect our right or others' rights, property or safety.

On occasion, we may include or offer third party &/or affiliate links for products or services. These links have separate and independent privacy policies, therefore we have no responsibility or liability for the content &/or activities of these linked sites. We have not enabled Google AdSense on our website &/or blog, however we have plans to do so in the future.
